1. Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, including escalation to Employee Relations partners2. Provide guidance, lead and support Line Managers on performance management process3. Provide support to HR Leads aligned to agenda and calendar of HR activities where appropriate4. Ensure that the self-service model is adhered to by the business and that the People Experience & Operations (PE&O) function effectively intervenes where needed to enhance the employee and manager experience5. Responsible to develop and maintain knowledge of all key HR tools, systems and processes, including Workday, UNA, Learning Hub, UniVoice, and other related HR processes and tool.6. Provide reporting and analytics based on organization needs and driving insights for HRBPs using existing dashboards, HR data, and leveraging our people data team7. Interface with many roles and support areas including People Experience & Operations (PE&O), Service Functions, Legal, Expertise Teams, Flow to Teams, etc. 8. Provide guidance on internal equity data on promotions and off-cycle salary increases 9. Gather data and working with employees who are preparing for inter-company transfer, locally or globally.10. Manage escalation of HR support issues through to resolution while maintaining effective communication with all affected stakeholders.11. Serve as an agile and flexible resource on managing HR related issues, while serving as a change agent.12. Coach and consult on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes13. Lead change management efforts around growth culture and process evolution
